TODC-4L: Clean Air – Safe Workplace
Intensive manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, welding or milling release large quantities of harmful particles and gases into the environment. These pollutants not only pose a direct risk to workers’ respiratory tract and general health, but can also damage sensitive industrial equipment by settling on optics, electronics or mechanical components. The TODC-4L industrial collector is designed to effectively address this problem by filtering the air and returning it to the room clean and safe.
Advanced 4-Stage Filtration System
The secret of the TODC-4L’s efficiency is its consistent, multi-stage filtration system that traps particles and gases of different sizes, ensuring maximum air purification:
- Pre-filter: The first barrier that traps the coarsest dust particles, metal chips and sparks. It protects the filters below it from rapid fouling and damage.
- Medium filter: traps finer, airborne dust particles, extending the life of the main HEPA filter.
- HEPA filter: this is the main filter responsible for collecting the finest and most dangerous particles (up to 0.3 microns), including smoke and aerosols. It has an efficiency of up to 99.97%.
- Activated carbon filter: the final stage that neutralises unpleasant odours, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other harmful gases that are released when cutting plastic, acrylic or other chemicals.
