Fully automatic loading and unloading

The machines are equipped with an automatic “bundle-loading” system that picks up the entire bundle of pipes, automatically separates them and feeds them one by one into the cutting zone. After cutting, the finished parts are automatically unloaded. This allows the machine to run on a continuous cycle while the materials are available, while the operator can carry out other work. This drastically reduces labour costs and increases productivity.

Semi-automatic Loading

If you need to machine single, non-standard profiles or smaller orders, the machine also has semi-automatic loading. The operator can easily and quickly feed a single workpiece manually, giving more flexibility in production.

Precision Cutting Every Time

The EL-6060P is designed to provide maximum accuracy and cut quality, regardless of profile shape or size.

• Two Pneumatic Chucks (Chuck): the front and rear chucks synchronously clamp and rotate the workpiece during cutting. This ensures that even thin-walled profiles are not deformed and remain stable throughout the process.
• Servo Motors: all axes are controlled by high-quality servo motors for fast, precise and smooth movements.
• Minimal Waste: the clever design allows the rear clamp to come as close as possible to the cutting area, leaving a very short residue of unused material.
